Ordering Process

At Jayda, we understand that there are certain events in life that deserve only the best. We hope to make a difference by offering you personal attention and exceptional service. We are dedicated to providing a fresh alternative to the traditional commercial stationery design, in addition to offering the finest materials, embellishments, and craftsmanship. We want to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Whether you have a question about a product or are in need of ideas, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our Process

The process begins with browsing our collection online, or in person with one of our stationery consultants (by appointment only in South Florida). Once you’ve reviewed our online catalog and found the design that suits you perfectly, you can proceed by personalizing it and placing your order. After submitting an order, the complete process will take between six to eight weeks. This includes proofing and production time. Ordering

Jayda offers several ways to submit your order. Orders may be placed securely online, by fax, or mail.

- Order online:
Our online ordering system makes it very easy for you to personalize your invitation or announcement. Just make your selection and the site will guide you through a simple ordering process. Our staff will review your order and contact you if we have any questions. Full payment is required at the time you place your order.

- Fax your order:
Print out the Order Form, fill it out and fax to 954.509.3730.

- Mail your order:
Print out the Order Form, fill it out and mail it to the address below:

Proofing

You will receive a PDF proof within three business days of placing your order. Two rounds of changes are included with your order. There will be a $50 charge for each additional round of changes. Please print and carefully review your proof.

Proof Approval


Once all revisions are complete, you will receive a final PDF proof with a request for approval. At this time, you can easily approve by replying to our email and adding “APPROVED” on the subject line or print out your proof, sign and fax to 954.509.3730.
Your signature on the proof or the “APPROVED” email indicates that you have approved all artwork, text and color and that we can now proceed with printing. Please review your proof carefully before signing off. Jayda is not responsible for overlooked errors. Due to the personalized nature of our products once the proof has been approved, a refund cannot be given. If an order is cancelled before “sign-off”, a $75 typesetting fee will be assessed; the remaining balance will be refunded. After "sign-off" of all proofs, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Envelopes Ahead

Your printed envelopes can be shipped in advance to allow you or your calligrapher additional time to address them. There will be an additional flat fee of $25, plus shipping.

Rush Orders


Jayda makes great effort to ensure the best quality of our invitations, and under normal circumstances the process takes between six to eight weeks to produce. Rush orders are handled on a time-sensitive basis and are only handled if there is room in the production schedule. If you need your invitations sooner than the six to eight weeks, please contact us, so that we can check our production schedule for availability.

Payment Methods

Jayda accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments via the Web or over the phone. All orders taken online using credit cards are encrypted and highly secure. We use the highest quality encryption and authentication of all customer sensitive data, including credit card numbers.
We also accept cashier’s checks, money orders and personal checks. Please allow 1-2 days for funds to clear. Once your payment is processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours. E-mail confirmations will include shipping, handling costs and taxes (if applicable). Please note, that any adjustments and/or additions to your order will be reflected in your final invoice.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is applicable on orders delivered to addresses in the state of Florida. The rate of sales tax for Florida residents is 6%. In addition to the 6% state tax, we are required to collect the county imposed Discretionary Sales Surtax at the rate imposed by the county where the order is delivered. The surtax rate in Florida ranges from 0% to 1.5%, which makes sales tax rate throughout the state range from 6% to 7.5%. Florida state law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the merchandise. Shipping charges will not be taxed.

Shipping


Jayda offers four options for delivery within the US: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air. We also welcome international orders and ship to international addresses. All of our packages are shipped using UPS or Federal Express. Sample orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.

International Orders

We gladly accept international orders, but payments are accepted by credit card only. Please note that additional fees may be required for shipping.

International Shipping

Custom fees may be charged for purchases entering your country from the USA. These fees may vary. Jayda is not responsible for any overseas custom fees incurred by international shipping. Jayda is not responsible for damages incurred in shipping.

Tracking Your Order


You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has shipped. This shipping confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us, however due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please give careful consideration before signing-off on your proof. Once approval signatures have been received on the proof, a refund cannot be given.

Cancellations

If an order is cancelled before signing-off on your proof, a $75 typesetting fee will be assessed, and the remaining balance will be refunded. If approval signature has been received, a refund cannot be given.
